COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course covers the tasks and procedures that a technician or engineer needs to maintain and repair a ROBOSHOT injection moulding machine. Combining classroom and workshop exercises, on one of our α-SiA machines, the student will finish with a full and comprehensive knowledge of the machine.

  • Screw and Barrel Maintenance ( FANUC specific)

  • Custom Signals

  • Electrical Drawings

  • Electrical Machine Layout

  • Machine Alarms

  • Servo alarms and Indicators

  • Resetting the zero position of all axis

  • SRAM backup and restore procedure

  • Fault finding exercises

  • Service and spares contacts at FANUC plus required information
