COURSE DESCRIPTION

ROBOGUIDE is a robot system animation tool specifically developed for the production and maintenance of robot systems. It can be used both in offices and on the factory floor. This course is designed for developers in order to successfully analyse, simulate, and test applications by offline programming with ROBOGUIDE. HANDLING PRO is for use within general work cells for pick and place.

OBJECTIVES

Engineers will be able on completion of the course to:

  • Install and use the software

  • Create programs with the virtual teach pendant

  • Build and program a simple cell offline

  • Launch simulation to test movements, cycle times, collision detection prior to installing robots

  • General ROBOGUIDE introduction

  • Developing TP programs with ROBOGUIDE

  • Importing unique CAD models of parts, tools machines and work cells

  • Simulation functions

  • Using virtual teach pendant and controller

  • Trace and profiler functions

  • Creation of complex paths program download

  • Calibration function

  • Creating work cells

ROBOMACHINEROBOSHOT

ROBOSHOT α-SiA Operation & Maintenance

This course covers the tasks and procedures that a technician or engineer needs to maintain and repair a ROBOSHOT injection moulding machine. Combining classroom and workshop exercises, on one of our α-SiA machines, the student will finish with a full and comprehensive knowledge of the machine.

ROBOSHOT Advanced Level

Participants of this course should gain a high level understanding of the ROBOSHOT operating capabilities. Review the key points throughout the controls and focus on the Advanced Functions to consider if they could enhance your production.

ROBODRILLROBOMACHINE

ROBODRILL CNC and Servo Maintenance

This 3 day course covers maintenance of FANUC ROBODRILL, navigation of screens, overview of the control system and servo/spindle units. Participants should have basic maintenance experience.
